"Three Bachelor Camp"

In 2018, we found a small prospector’s camp out in the wilderness of the Death Valley region. I call it “Three Bachelor’s Camp” because there are three cabin tent pads scattered around the site.

Interestingly, there isn’t a mine nearby, instead, there are a few prospects spread out in the hills. The area was last active in the early 1900s.

It’s quite unusual to find artifacts still laying around a miner’s camp as if the men just left and are going to come back in a few days. Please leave everything where you find it for the next adventurer to discover. It is illegal to remove anything from a National Park.
