Also known as Macey’s Cabin and the Nelson Cabin, it was built for the Cerrussite Mine, which it sits next to. It is a cozy little spot we’ve been visiting since 1999.

Sheep Creek Springs Cabin
The historic Sheep Creek Springs Cabin (Sheep Creek Cabin) was removed by the Barstow Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in late October 2011. The BLM paid contractors $3,495 to remove the cabin.
