These dusty old photos are from a combination of trips to the old Santa Rosa Mine in the Inyo Mountains. Not much is left of this place, but it was nice to see the ore cars. And one of them was still sitting on the rails.
Beveridge Ghost Camp
Beveridge… A legendary mine camp. Probably more than anything because it is so difficult to reach, the trail is strenuous, the hike long, and time is always an issue, but the views are unparalleled, and the sense of accomplishment is unmatched.
